Privacy

PosterBell is designed around a simple promise: we store only what the service needs, on our own server, with no third parties involved.

What we store

• Authors: name, e-mail address, and an optional Telegram username.
• Posters: title, optional subtitle, and an optional PDF file.
• Rings & contact messages: automatically deleted after the retention period (30 days by default).
• Client IPs: only salted, irreversible hashes — used for rate limiting. We cannot read them back.

What we never do

• No analytics, no ad networks, no trackers of any kind.
• No third-party services — notifications go straight to your Telegram or inbox.
• No selling or sharing of data. Contact messages are shared only with the poster author.

Your control

Visitors send contact details only after an explicit consent checkbox. Authors can delete posters (and their data) at any time. If you would like a copy or deletion of anything, just ask.
